- I have a bad experience with Phase5 too...
- I'm also a content customer of Blizzard 1230-II of Phase5 but when I
- asked them for a SCSI Kit, I was answered NO. They said no longer
- produced. How idiotic idea ? Can you stop support when you no longer
- produce something ?
-
- I bought my Blizzard 15 months ago directly from Phase5 and later I wanted
- to add a SCSI controller. I've asked them for a SCSI kit for Blizzard II.
- I've received a simple answer.
- - No longer produced...
-
- NO SUPPORT anymore... No EXCUSE, No EXPLANATION, No SUGGESTION, No HELP...
- I've bought my card 15 months ago and they just dropped support of this OLD!
- product... How old ? 15 months... Last year I spent thousand bucks for it.
-
- They have simply no customer support, any type...
- If you are going to buy something from Phase5 you will always be faced to
- lack of support in one or two year...
-
- I decided not to buy ANY Phase5 product in future. They just produce better
- products and make good money and they leave you alone with your card
- immediately.
-
- Any customer would like to have supplements, parts, expansions or updates
- for his/her product even if its 14 months old.
-
- I think this is the time to remind them strongly, what is the meaning
- of leaving Amiga people without support !!!
